Very good.
Shoulder pain and limited movement improved by 3rd session and sorted in less than 6 sessions. Better than going to physiotherapy.

The practitioner is very experienced. It's glear that they put alot if care and effort into their service. I went in with recurring chronic shoulder pain and stiffness and I have my full range of movement back now

I had strained a muscle in my lower back and was in agony. I popped in on the off chance that they may be able to help me. I was able to have accupuncture and cupping that day, and the following day, which has relieved much of the pain and was actually very relaxing. Very professional service and fantastic treatment.
I have been visiting the practice upon recommendation. The treatment I received was helpful and it did help my back pain issues. The practice is definitely one of the elements I miss the most now that I left York !!!

I never write reviews but I just had to: I have just had a course of acupuncture from this lady and it has been possibly the most amazing thing I've done for my health. I am 27 and feel better than I ever have in my whole adult life. A whole list of ailments I had have gone including inflammation, back pain, overeating, profuse sweating, hay fever, anxiety and more. So grateful to this woman. She makes you feel so safe and cared for. Absolutely recommend.

I suffered from lower back pain and neuropathy in my feet for a month. I felt pain whenever I walked and slept. After 4 times of cupping and acupuncture treatments, my lower back pain was released. I keep on having treatment and I feel so much better now. Helen, the acupuncturist felt that it was inflammation in the hip joint.
